Aparna Rao
Founder & Chair
As a clinician, entrepreneur and thought leader in human-centered design, behavior change and pathway empowerment. Aparna loves listening to various stakeholders identifying market gaps and building solutions that enhance person-centered outcomes.
In her role as founder and CEO at eCare Vault, Aparna fosters a team culture of camaraderie, innovation and servant leadership. She brings to bear several decades of corporate experience in strategy and market entry, which always begins with the voice of the customer.
Her family and friends know Aparna as a mom who loves playing board games with her kids and as a fun, energetic dancer who will keep you on your toes. In the not-so-distant future, she sees herself in local theater productions, volunteering at a wildlife sanctuary and building mental health awareness in developing countries.
Fun fact: Aparna spent five days, horse-riding in the Argentinean Andes mountains with zero riding experience, resulting in a couple of stunt-worthy falls.
Dan Ghammachi
Chief Executive Officer
As Chief Executive Officer of eCare Vault, Dan Ghammachi is responsible for all day-to-day operations, with a focus on accelerating growth and incorporating scale into the business in order to seamlessly manage the growth.
Previously, Ghammachi held titles of Managing Partner and Managing Director at K1 where he was an active board member for K1’s portfolio companies, an advisor to K1’s management teams and led reporting and accounting diligence for new investments.
Prior to K1, Ghammachi was CEO of Media Solutions Holdings where he focused on growth and operating efficiency. Ghammachi previously worked at Aerosoles where he focused on cash management and risk management and International Commerce Exchange Systems where he supported over two dozen business units. Ghammachi also held the position of Director of Finance at Applied Printing Technology.
Ghammachi is a graduate of Rutgers University, where he received an MBA, and of Montclair State University, where he received a BS in Accounting. Ghammachi has served as a director of numerous companies and as a member of the Small Business Investor Alliance (SBIA) Board of Governors, an organization of private investment funds and investors providing vital capital to small- and medium-sized businesses nationwide.
Rushi Luhar
Chief Technology Officer
Rushi is a passionate technologist and engineer. He loves building products and using technology to help solve business problems.
Rushi is eCare Vault’s CTO and is responsible for our product and technology strategy. He leads a diverse, high performance distributed team. Rushi has 15+ years of experience building trading systems in some of the world’s largest banks as well as at early stage startups. He loves learning new technologies and writing code.
When not tinkering technology or trying to learn a new programming language, Rushi enjoys reading science fiction, cooking Indian food, supporting Arsenal football club and watching cricket when he can.
Fun Fact: Rushi is an avid science fiction fan and he occasionally engages in creative writing as well as writing book reviews online.
Ian Tripp
Vice President of Technology
Ian mixes technology, application architecture, graphic design, and creativity into the ability to say "yes, we can do that" and back it up.
After a self-start in web design he jumped quickly into utilizing the cloud in designing and developing secure full-stack web-applications, and at eCare Vault is responsible for technology, security, and user experience.
Off the clock, Ian and family can be found by throwing a dart at a map of Maine where you will find them happily driving or hiking through amazing nature.
Fun Fact: Ian can usually guess what time it is within 10 minutes of accuracy without looking at a clock.
Erin Boyle
Director of Client Success
Erin's passion is to find the perfect solution for a customer, which gives her the opportunity to toggle between Business Development and Client Solutions and Success.
Having previously worked for a number of EdTech companies, Erin's focus has always been in Special Education and how to best support those who are working with students on a day-to-day basis.
When she's not working to roll out innovative solutions to school districts, Erin can be found outdoors - hiking, biking, camping, but most likely sailing when the weather is right! She also loves to garden and enjoys creating new recipes with all of her home-grown produce.
Fun Fact: Erin can cook up a mean hot sauce that will make you rethink the ingredients in your next buffalo chicken dip!
Rachel Salgado
Vice President of Product Management
Rachel is a South Florida native who enjoys spending her free time as close to the water as possible. After receiving her bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from Temple University in Philadelphia, Rachel decided to return to South Florida to be closer to her family (the warm weather was an added bonus).
As a self-proclaimed problem solver extraordinaire, Rachel finds great satisfaction in working to help users evaluate their pain points and creating solutions that add value to their experience! Rachel has over 11 years working in the Health IT industry in both Senior Product and Project Management Roles. She spearheaded several critical product launches related to the ICD-9 to 10 transition and the ONC certification projects.
The decision to join the eCare Vault team came after, like many other parents, she realized the many challenges for educators and therapy service providers were facing in a COVID and Post-COVID world. As a parent, she really aligned with the mission of the company and values of the team and saw the impact the solution could have on supporting vulnerable individuals and those that serve them.
Fun fact: To overcompensate for the lack of seasonal weather changes, she decorates for holidays (what some may call) prematurely. Let’s just say her pumpkins and fall décor come out right after Labor Day.
Aman Stuppard
Client Solutions Specialist
Aman is a community-focused entrepreneur on a mission to bring innovation to the public sector.
Aman started his career in the commercial real estate sector and made a shift to help the local businesses of Boston in the wake of Covid-19. Along with a few partners, he co-founded a creative agency to help local businesses create & improve their digital footprint by assisting with everything from brand design to digital marketing and web development. He brings his ecommerce marketing, small business consulting and operational experience to the eCare Vault team.
As Sales Analyst, Aman focuses on finding creative ways to reach and serve new customers through innovative strategies. Similar to many on the team, Aman is a mission-driven individual who strives to enhance positive outcomes for frontline workers and create processes that support them and those they serve.
Fun Fact: Aman is an avid House Music & Techno fan. In his free time he frequents shows and festivals featuring his favorite artists and DJs.
Steven Simmons
Director of Client Solutions & Partnerships
Steven is an experienced business development and marketing professional. Driven by his innovative and entrepreneurial mindset, he takes pride in strategic planning, developing actionable plans, and executing upon strategic vision through diligent hard work and an acute understanding of the needs of his clients.
In his role as Director of Client Solutions and Partnerships, Steven is responsible for driving strategic partnerships for eCare Vault to address and solve the pain points of the workforce and clients in the health and human services industry.
Currently residing in Cambridge, Massachusetts, Steven has a passion for traveling the world, experiencing the beauty of nature, and cooking Michelin-star-worthy meals (or so he likes to believe).
Fun Fact: Steve is a notorious coffee enthusiast, embracing different flavor profiles and brewing methods.
Tony Covais
Technical Support Specialist
Tony brings his training and knowledge in the technology space to help propel the mission of eCare Vault. With both diverse educational and work experience, including the service industry and healthcare space, Tony employs a broad range of skills to help meet the needs of the team. He is a graduate of the University of South Florida with a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology.
Tony’s goals of utilizing technology to directly improve people’s lives and provide a useful service to others align perfectly with those of eCare Vault. His responsibilities involve providing technical support to clients and to the internal team.
When not working, Tony enjoys spending time with family and friends, a good book, a good film or a trip into nature, whether it be one of Florida’s amazing parks or its beaches. He has a passion for art including photography, drawing and writing.
Fun Fact: Tony is a fan of all things sci-fi and fantasy. He’s been a part of many a Dungeons and Dragons campaign and takes any chance he can to make it to a renaissance festival.

Dr. Ann Helmus is a licensed clinical neuropsychologist who has been practicing for 25 years. In September of 2007, She established NESCA (Neuropsychology & Education Services for Children & Adolescents), a client and family-centered group of seasoned neuropsychologists and allied staff, many of whom she trained, striving to create and refine innovative clinical protocols and dedicated to setting new standards of care in the field. A clinician and speaker in demand internationally, Dr. Helmus frequently conducts evaluations abroad, particularly in areas where diagnostic and treatment services would otherwise be unavailable.

She has led a 25-year career in public service that reached its zenith in 2008 when she was elected the first female governor of North Carolina. She was also elected to two terms as Lieutenant Governor and seven terms in the North Carolina Senate and House. She helped build public-private partnerships to help integrate 21st-century technology into classrooms throughout North Carolina. Her legacy includes the creation of a statewide broadband education network for public schools, which is now recognized nationally as the model to emulate due to its unparalleled success.
